He has over 15 years of expertise in content creation including administration, blogging, social media, photography, videography, scriptwriting, and graphic design. RL Policar earned his BS in IT from the University of Phoenix. After over a decade in IT, RL was pulled to the intriguing world of marketing.

They launched various bicycle-related websites in 2007. Based on their success, RL left IT to pursue digital marketing full-time. In Orange, California, he became the IT/Digital Marketing Manager for a sports apparel firm. He was in charge of the company's complete internet presence, including sales and marketing. He started a company blog and made dozens of videos marketing the firm and its products/services.
